At JCM Driving School we love teaching people how to drive, that's why we have taken the time to put down a few tips for your wellbeing. 

 

We recommend the following activities for both qualified and trainee instructors:

 

  • Regular cycling can stimulate and improve body circulation.


  • Swimming builds endurance, muscle strength and cardiovascular fitness.


  • Walking helps you to keep fit and improves concentration. 


  • Choosing the correct vehicle is extremely important for good posture comfort is key.
